The information you pass to us is strictly confidential and will only be used by JT Pottery inc. in the way you request.

    We understand our customers' concerns about security, Our shopping cart is operated by Paypal using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology to prevent your personal information from being intercepted. Your credit card number is encrypted during transmission as well.

Shipping

Until further notice Shipping charges are as follows:

$0.01-$49.99 = $15.00 shipping fee

Spend $50.00 or more and get Free Shipping while it lasts.

Free shipping applies only to the continental 48. 

International orders are welcome.

    Your order normally leaves our facility within 1-7 business days.   We normally ship orders every Wednesday orders made Tuesday before 5pm will usually be shipped the next day and orders made on Wednesday will be shipped the following week. 

Orders are shipped via Fed-ex Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are combined for multiple items. Shipping is based on price.  If an item(s) is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-7 days of payment. If an item(s) is/are not in stock (we will make it/them especially for you), you will be notified via E-mail with an estimated shipment date usually 4-52 weeks. Express shipping is not available due to our rural location, overnight shipping is usually not available, however you should receive your package in 3-10 days within most areas inside the continental US.
 

    All packages are insured and guaranteed to arrive safely.

 

    Shipment to Colleges/Universities are sent with Delivery Confirmation. If delivery is confirmed, we cannot be not libel for any loss.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pottery or service, please contact us following guidelines below and we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue. Scroll down for information regarding purchases received in damaged condition.  All pottery is guaranteed to arrive safely.

Return Policy

    All Products Are Returnable Following These Guidelines:

  1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery date by e-mail for authorization to return.

  2. Item must be returned within 10 days of this return authorization, at your expense and fully insured.

  3. We only refund shipping costs when the return is a result of our error and/or item is received in damaged condition.

Damaged Items

    As we all know, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. To initiate claim for damaged items:

 

  1. Contact us immediately by e-mail to report damage. Damage must be reported within 5 days to give us time to file a claim with Fed-ex.

  2. We may issue a call tag to have the item picked up. If shipped by Fed-ex the Item must include original paperwork and be in the original shipping box, with the Fed-ex barcode and shipping label still intact.

  3. We will ship you a replacement if one is available.  Some of our items are one-of-a-kind in which case you can use the credit toward another item or we can issue a full refund.

Conditions

    JT Pottery inc. attempts to ensure that the content on this website is complete and accurate. However, this does not guarantee that the information will not contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to price, pottery description or availability. JT Pottery inc. reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission or to change or update the content without prior notice. Further, JT Pottery inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, JT Pottery inc. shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card, assuming that goods were not shipped. If goods were shipped we will issue a refund for the price charged for our art work assuming that we receive the goods in the original condition. This credit does not include packing and shipping charges.
